Can't believe how much time this is taking to sort out, having to find invoices for everything purchased to prove 1 - I did have it, 2 - the date I got it, 3- how much it cost, all before the loss adjuster will make a decision, add to that still have to replace the batteries on the tractors & combine and sort out the mess in the workshop, and then get quotes for repair to the van back doors which may be a write off, my local garage informs me, so that will be another set of forms to fill, think its going to take the whole week to sort it out.
Can't claim for the batteries as its an individual claim on each vehicle, so one excess and loss of NCD is taken into consideration then a loss making exercise, these so called people who do this deserve a slow and painful accident.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Sorry, rant over

Typical of most insurance companies,,quick enough to take the premiums from you but trying to get anything out of them is just an excuse for them to find some reason why something wasnt covered

We used a std bird scarer gas gun mounted high of the floor we got our sparky to get a 12volt supply to it and we set it for a triple bag with about 10 seconds interval. it is tripped by using a pir sensor so when that detects heat or movement then it takes about 15/20 seconds to go of I can tell you you will not want to stay in that building with that noise. we some times forget that it is set and it goes off and at night it shows of a nice blue flash a well. On one we all so have a set of air horns mounted out side on top of the roof which is all so feed by the 12 volt supply. This all came about after we had been broken into a number of times and was told by the police of the record make a lot of noise and since then it has been all OK. The local cricket club had trouble and they put a ww2 air raid siren so when that goes of the whole village knows about it

Had the interrogation by the 'Loss adjuster' today, not a fun experience, and always had that feeling that he was trying to catch me out, I now have to wait next week when I get a response and I'm guessing an offer. :nailbiting:
