Hi,

We’ll make full payments on BPS claims from December and as early as possible in the claim window, with a majority in December and the vast majority by the end of January.

You can use the Rural Payments system for registering and keeping personal and business details up to date. It’s sometimes unavailable for maintenance and updates and these are publicised here: https://capreform.blog.gov.uk/latest-updates-on-rural-payments-availability-and-service-performance/

We are continuing to develop the Rural Payments system. While we focus on the immediate priorities of BPS 2015, our attention is also moving to planning for BPS 2016. We’ll keep you updated nearer 2016.
