It takes a lot of rain to slake dry clay but not very much at all to slake damp clay.
agree with you there thats one of the reasons why I dont like min till here,you cant get back on part worked land once wet and I dont like making little clay men its been gently raining all night and whilst will probably put things on hold for a day or 2 will really help whats been sown and the ploughed out grass needed it to help make a seedbed

Beeb forecast on News 24 is dry, windy and cold next week. Wind coming from Moscow direction,where it is apparently snowing! Earlier than normal so does that mean a cold winter here?
