Silage trailers are always bad because the weight is high up and farm trailers are not designed for fast cornering. You need wheels at each corner like a lorry to be safer.

I dread to think how these muppets would get on with the old 10'6" X 6'6" silage trailers with wheels at the back. They used to tip over if someone breathed hard in their direction. Today's trailers really are way more stable. Its totally unsuitable speed that turns today's trailers over on roundabouts. People driving like idiots.

The most recent one near here that turned over on a roundabout seems strangely familiar to your description!
And on the next roundabout a similar driver tipped a load of silage over!
The most recent one that I can think of round here was a middle aged bloke, his axle sheared off I think.
Its easy to have a pop at the young lads, but at least they are keen to work

Some fields aren't flat either. How many trucks fall over on the same roundabouts and does the camber excuse wash with anyone when that happens?

I can think of a few of trucks that have gone over on roundabouts just within a couple of miles of here, one in particular is the most fastidious owner driver you would ever meet, actually they did re surface that roundabout not long afterwards to make it safer.

It's called the "grass horn", or in this case "the maize horn" I've seen it many times and believe it or not I've even seen a rare case of "scraper tractor horn" which really is getting into the weird stuff.
I could write a book about young'uns and my attempts to train them, I'm saving it for a retirement project, it'll be a big read and hopefully a hoot too.
Disclaimer
I know there are good people out there, it's just they are few in number.
I have made plenty of mistakes myself too.

Oh man I can imagine a hospital visit after that outing. Ya 2500 acres could get a bit tedious I'd imagine. Few acres every few days scratches my itch

Ive always thought if you need to go flat out you need another trailer on..hate bouncing about and slamming brakes on dont see the fun in it.. But i proberly have a bit more mechanical sympathy than most lads with having my own tractor to use rather than someone elses ha And having a extra trailer with tractors going steadier would proberly use less fuel than one less but them all going flatout wouldnt it?

One issue may be the loading side.
You will always get more weight in the far side, often they have a higher side to catch the crop too.
This combined with the camber on the roundabout will greatly increase the chances of rolling.
There can be no excuse for contractors not training their staff properly. Someone will go to jail soon if there is a fatality.
