It's purely a location thing putting me off this year. Will certainly drive up to York next year it's probably equalish milage as this year but Kent from here is a right faff. York on the other hand a present drive!

Saturday holds the world style and world style reversible heats, YFC classes and Ford/Fordson/ David Brown classes along with some high cut , horse ploughing etc

Sunday holds vintage trailer/mounted /classic finals and world style and world style reversible finals along with more high cut/oatseed furrow/ horses etc but this could change in the future as proposals are for pvintage heats and Sunday vintage plough offs

Hopefully the weather looks pretty good for the National at Marden, the ground should be in pretty good fettle as if similar to up here is anything to go by we have had sufficient rain to make it plough well. I always feel very sorry for the organisers and ploughmen after so much effort is put into organising events when everywhere turns into a quagmire. I wish everyone ploughing good luck and the spectators a good weekend.
