Got a TP-LINK wifi powerline extender to help poor signal at one end if the house. Everything is set up correct and it's cloned to the router, but it doesn't want to connect to any phone I try. The loading symbol on the phone just keeps rotating. And the lady in the shop said it was soo simple.. Any thoughts?

I would avoid tp link stuff. I've got it and it's carp imo. iOS stuff does have a habit of holding onto a wifi signal that is no longer viable and will not snap over to the better connection/signal. I have had to name each wireless access pont differently so I can check which one the iPad is trying to connect to. I am constantly going to settings to change when I move from kitchen to telly room. It's a pita.

The other point is to set different channels manually otherwise the bad connection may drown the good connection you're trying to connect to and the iPad won't see it.
