You could load it onto YouTube first. They then load onto here easily. It's what a lot of others have done.

I've managed to get video on Google plus
Can't figure out how to download, we've got crap internet, I wonder it it's got anything to do with my problems, probably me

If the video is on Google plus, it should also be on YouTube shouldn't it?!

Get the video playing on your PC/laptop etc.
Selected the address 'www.youtube.com/ etcetc 1236643' and copy it.
Click on the film icon - top right above this text box (looks like 2 bits of old camera film).
Paste the address.

Hey presto!

is there some kind of special software needed to upload a video that jake hasnt got ,as it is a bit of a nuisance having to load it onto you tube then ,reload onto here especially when you have slow intermewobblynet

Vimeo or if you are on FB use that

then click this

and you get this

click the share icon on where ever you are uploading from, and copy it into the box above, and click embed.
Job done

I'm on phone app as computer/internet is a waste of time here.
