Which handset?

Mobile contract up for renewal. Got the deal sorted but just need to choose phones x 3. Using iPhone 5 at the moment and generally happy with the handset although fancy a change. Whats worth looking at that could slot into the iPhone 5 shoes seamlessly as in it works with iTunes, iCloud etc etc.

That's right. If you want to use iTunes, then you need an iPhone. Another shout for the Sony kit too I have an Xperia Z1, and love it, so can recommend. Some of the new HTC's are real nice as well. If you're coming from an "i" device onto an Android device, there may be a little learning curve whilst getting to grips with the new phone, though.

Ok can you export the iTunes library to another platform for use with other devices?

How about the Xperia Z1 mini? iPhone sized screen. Nice phone. My old man has just got one and he loves it! To answer your question about getting your media into another system, if all your music is in the same folder, you should just be able to point Windows Media Player to that folder on your PC, and it should detect and identify your music collection. You can then sync to your phone directly from WMP. Alternatively, you can download the free Google Play for Music app to your PC, point it at your music collection, and have a copy of your entire library stored in the cloud for access anywhere, from any device, using the iOS or Android phone app. This is what I've been doing for a while now. No need to keep the music actually on the phone. It takes a while to upload the music folder, but it's smart in that, if you're uploading a track it already has in its' collection, it skips your copy.

Agree. Most people iOs devices look the same. The beauty of Android is that it can be customized, and vary rarely do two person's Android phones look the same.

Sony Xperia z1 compact or similar, Android is so much better value than anything from Apple.
IMHO Iphones are for "fashion victims" - talk about smoke & mirrors.

Apple are like John Deere - the marketing is awesome - much more so than the product.
