'One mans trash is another mans treasure'

I will get some pictures tomorrow.

Ventacrop drying system, very cheap way to dry grain, we still use one similar but this system has been superseded by an extravagant new grain store. Six foot tunnel with diesel fan and laterals, all you need is a concrete floor and some hessian. Around 60ft. Will dry a couple of hundred tons.
£750 for the lot

Salop 8 ton trailer, been on light duties for the last 20 years, been on farm since new and always undercover.
Sensible offers

Duals for ford 7710, been on farm from new, still have the tractor but not doing so much groundwork these days. Tread 20%, will get measurements tomorrow. Make your little ford look like an FW30...

Tive drill http://thefarmingforum.co.uk/index.php?threads/tivejet-3307-drill.21130/
Would make a great grass drill/broadcaster and a lot cheaper than anything of similar capacity.

Laterals are above tunnel in photo, you lay them across the floor and cover in hessian. There are a lot there, in various states of repair (they don't respond too well to the forklift).

Everything has always been stored under cover, and the drill and trailer have been on farm from new. (Ventacrop for the last 25 years)

Trailer has only ever stored grain, and has done very little roadwork for the past 10 years.

Out of interest whats the maximum the ventacrop system would dry at what max moisture and does the tunnel sit down one side of the shed as can only see vents on one side?

With us it has dried grass, osr and barley. We have dried about 250 ton of barley (slightly heaped) a few percent (perhaps 3) quite happily. Operating on ambient air the relative humidity is an important factor, but the fact it draws the air over the warm engine certainly helps in drying.

Really don't want to split it as it would be a struggle to find a fan to match the tunnel again, making the tunnel worth far less. Can see why you're asking though. So £750, sorry

You haven't got a Vespa or Lambretta I suppose; know someone looking for one, condition immaterial but price sensitive
