Well it has taken a little longer than expected but we are pleased to announce the TFF mobile apps :)

You can find them on the Apple and Android app stores by searching for 'Farming Forum' or 'TFF'.

If you like the app we would appreciate it if you could leave a review on the app store (y)

Apologies to those of you who have already found the app and are about to get a mailshot...

Any problems please let us know

There does appear to be a problem with the Android one and we are looking at it. I don't have an ETA at the moment.

The Apple one seems to be working ok minus alerts but I'm not sure if it works on iOS8 at the moment.

Trying to keep up with the speed of new devices coming out is hard work!

Hi, are there any plans to release an app for the windows phone? Sorry if it has been answered elsewhere but I couldn't find anything on it

TIA bodo

Maybe one day, at the moment it appears most farmers are Apple fanboys, Windows Phone makes up a tiny fraction of our visitor numbers :)

The mobile version of the site should work fine on a small screen.

Thanks admin, I was on a iphone but due to work have made the switch to windows.

The mobile site is working well but thought I would ask anyway.

Cheers and keep up the good work

Just got a new phone and it won’t download from the App Store so went into the App Store and couldn’t find the app at all? Up and vanished? The app is still on my old phone and working fine??‍♂️

I use it exclusively and haven’t logged in on the pc for probably a couple of years, it’s ok but crashes sometimes and can’t do the polls. If it disappeared I probably wouldn’t bother with tff.

what does the app do that you can’t do better in the browser of a mobile phone ?

I also find the app easier to use and I don’t have to open a browser window and type in a search to find the website. I can tap a button and it opens straight onto subscribed topics. Swipe across to view unread ones. I find it very quick and easy to navigate.
