Only had it since March, the results are very good but the output is very slow as forward speed is restricted to 8-9kph,it's an absolute arse to reverse due to the boggie wheels at the front so you tend to always go forwards.we have had trouble with the control box and the gps speed.its coped well with the amount of trash we have thrown at it and drilling through cover crops.

Get much rain last night Badshot?
No very little till daybreak, then we had maybe 2-3mm. I did manage to get another field drilled this afternoon
Skyfall into osr stubble that had been mucked.

Unfortunately that is it till I spray some more off, which with this wind is going to be a challenge.

I am debating whether to risk drilling oats tomorrow and hoping to roundup it pre-emergence. If the wind drops...going to be a mess if we don't get the chance

Just thinking your KV seems to leave it a bit ridged after harrowing, i presume its wound in fairly to help cover up?
Claydon does this as well with just zig zag harrow on!

the covering harrows aren't the best, it's about 2 inches in. The paddles level it nicely on the rolls, just done what is dry enough, if it was to stay dry i'd roll agan.

Barenbrug After Maize IRG mixture. Not after maize. But after a big wheat crop with a lot of chopped straw. Come real well where there is less trash. Less well in the chopper overlaps. But will be fine and will keep the soil alive for a couple of years. Will be silaged and fed to the cows.
