It's looking good there are you the fabricator or just the designer? I hope the electric primers are better than the 1's we tried out :(
Both the Welder driver & the man with all the ideas in his head, Electric primers are what the use most of the time in the States if it is no good then we will put a slurry tanker pump on it to prime it

Here is a photo of one of the set up they run . Our electric primer is the same but we have no hand back up primer on ours.

Looks beefier than the 1's we were using just found on hard primes they would get hot and if not watched would burn out really easy but on perfect poo poo and short primes it would prime in a flash. We've just gone totally simple with a vacci pump running off engine now

We have never had to take one apart under pressure & if we ever need to we have a pair of flow stop clamps we can put on the pipe each side of the coupling & then we can undo it, why do you want to take them apart under pressure ?, We can wrap 800 meters of pipe up in one go , so have never seen a problem with them.
Are your flow stops bought or have you made them yourselves, any chance of a picture

Made by us will take some photos & put them on some time.
Your pumps units and all look tidy, FairPlay. Is it alot better/cheaper to build your own and ou find a big benefit to have and engine driven pump rather than tractor driven...?? There's hardly any engine driven pumps around here...

Our Cornell pump wants 275+hp on it so , driving it with a tractor is a none starter, Will be a lot better on fuel than one on a tractor & will cost less than buying a doda or a Bauer off a company in the UK fitted to a new engine fitted on to it.
