Was told today that they have gone into administration if its the Kilmarnock company your talking about.
I came across this post by accident. This company is indeed alive and well and offering excellent service as has been proved to us in our situation. We contacted them in November as to viability of biomass to heat two houses. Within two days ,a most knowledgeable representative came along and spent the afternoon talking us through our options. Further visits from technical staff ensued. A fortnight later, the Windhager 60kWth system was installed with no fuss, no drama and minimal disruption. (They even secured a better finance deal than our own bank was prepared to offer). We did have a little hiccup last Saturday when the system lost pressure and the boiler went into safe mode. Within two hours of calling Sprint an engineer appeared and quickly sorted the problem of a loose joint. There's ongoing support for you.

Yes, we managed to check them out and went ahead and installed a Bioflame biomass boiler. Following my initial uncertainty I can say we were 100% impressed by their work. Five new radiators and pipework plus the boiler and changes to the existing system were complted in little more than a day and a half. The team of four were outstanding. The follow up from the surveryor to complete the RHI application came as promised and we are warmer in our house than we have ever been, just as promised. And yes the finance deal is better than our own bank.
