20m x 30m Building - Ready to go

Good morning all.

We currently have a 20m x 30m clear span building, with the intended use as an indoor riding school, sat in our yard and ready to be delivered. The original customer has come to us stating financial issues mean he wants to cancel the order.

The building is 4m to the eaves, and clad to the floor on 4 sides with box profile steel sheeting. Fibre cement roof sheets on Z-purlins, painted steel frame and has 1 opening in 1 gable end for a sliding door or roller shutter.

3D drawing attached of the building.

We can deliver this to your yard for £25000+vat. Looking to move it asap, will upload some pics when I get to the yard.
