We have a 30ft x 60ft x 5m high kit building ready to go, Steelwork is painted red.

Timber purlins, fibre roof and gutter are optional.

Steelwork is CE marked and comes with the Certificate of CE conformity.

Delivery to West Wales would be about £400 we would ask @roscoe erf to come and collect.

Yes 5m to the top of the eaves timber, and 300mm into the ground.

@devonshire farmer nope. Not a lot, if you go with polyester box profile on a 30x60, then £200 cheaper than FC. If you use PVC box profile its the same price as FC.

I will have to put in another lot of planning permission this winter, do you envision any price increases in sheds in near future

Yeah huge increases, best buy now.... Actually no, nothing has been indicated for the coming few months.

@TINTIN depends what thickness you want. 40mm 60mm 100mm 150mm? If its a workshop then probably 60mm as its only slightly more than 40mm, if it needs to comply with building regs U-values then 150mm.

With a 60mm composite roof, this kit would be circa £8000+vat ex works.
