A guess this model is rotary? Or hybrid?

Never had a claas.
I am looking to change, straw is important to us.

What state does it leave the straw in?

Hi, Yes hybrid and twin rotors. To be honest it may not be quite as good as a walker machine for straw but if your sensible with rotor speed etc. it is much better than many rotary combines. Performance is so much better output than a walker machine too. Hope this helps?

Don't be put off with all the straw hype it will be ok. Any combine can smash straw when its set up wrong, sometimes when the straw is brittle you can't help it. Nobody complains about ours and its all baled, most people put it through a chopper bedder now days. It will be 10 times better than an old axial flow ;):rolleyes::rolleyes::D:p
