kuhn megant 400 for sale

I have a 2008 build ( bought new in 2010 ) kuhn megant 400 drill

leveling boards , 4 rows/32 coulters standard hectar 3000 control box.

covered approx 600 acres / year .

we have spaced the coulters to acheive 4.8 metre drill width but can be put back to 4 metres easily ( 12,5 cm spacing @ 4m and 15cm @ 4.8m.

to be sold in good working order. nothing much left to say about it. Not sure what value to put on it so open to offers

these pictures were taken in the spring and hopper cover strap is now replaced

in dorset as said not sure how to value it but will say £9750+vat

when you widened the drill i reckon you should have lengthed some of the seedpipes-they look a bit tight to me!!

its been like it since nearly new so If you had widened the drill you`d see they are all good!!

we widened ours a couple of years ago.We lenghtened the pipes and made up some tine brackets with an offset so we could get the outer tines under the frame-made it a proper 4.8m

Not sure what your point is there. You only need a covering width of 4.65m to create a 4.8 metre drill with 15cm coulter spacings or maybe you overlap 1 coulter?
