Pd and new shed

    The original poster Shorty should be OK with a PD application but there may be other things not mentioned in his post that would push it to a full application, like being close to a road or an airport

    Thanks agri, shed would probably be 80+ metres from an unclassified road and nearest house is 420m from nearest point of land, I will make some more inquiry's, don't think there would be any other issues only power lines across site entrance.

    Well done . Why it has to be such a battle to help generate business income and thereby tax income for the country I dont know
