Our old faithful Karcher steam cleaner is reaching the end of it's life

I think it is time for a new one

Nixon? (delivery problems?)

I don't think we would want to go back to cold washer now, so must be a steamer.

Highly recommend a Nilfisk, had a 2nd hand Lavor before cos boss wasn't sure if they were worth it. That 1 lasted us 2 years, realised how good they are and treated us to a new one last year!!

Do you sell the nixon steam cleaners? That's what i'm going to be getting in a few months but haven't decided on 3 phase one or normal.

Did I warn you about this? Sure I warned someone about delivery and not to pay in advance of delivery or imminent delivery. Good washer but peculiar people to deal with.

Had a Karcher for last 8 years, been repaired a couple of times, new hose which is crap and very expensive, cant be sourced anywhere else, now motor has gone, no thanks.

Am tempted by this, Makita generally good stuff and a three year warranty.

You can buy them on eBay, our old Karcher steamer's hose died, new price was like 150 quid or something daft for the hose.

Chap on eBay makes them, 30 quid, ideal


P.S. still haven't decided what to buy, leaning towards another Karcher
