glad the PM totally ignored all of you at Downing Street and promptly created a price capping idea for basic UK produced staple food... NFFN clearly has sooo much influence??

Well Ive just joined up. Surely as with most situations where a voice needs to be heard you need the maximum backing and balance of opinion as to what works from and for farmers. Good that you have 11000 members, shame its not 8000 farmers and 3000 public members. If farming policy is to work for farmers it needs to be forged by them over and above public members. Its the exact reason we are in this situation. Having read the website thoroughly it is a well balanced and thought out approach.

just a shame all the do gooder splinter groups can't speak with one voice? TFF,BFU,BASE UK, LEAF, the list is long and represents "divide and conquer" lobbiest.. please note i do not include NFU,CLA and TFA in that one voice because the splinter groups only exist due to the "unholy trinity "sadly?

Totally agree Huno, surely in today's world there would be a reasonably easy way to interlink and join forces, even if each specialises in certain areas of expertise but putting it together intto a central hub

The NFFN public members are just supporters of the organisations. The NFFN is lead by 4 farmer steering groups across UK and a UK board of farmers.
Many organisations are doing joined up work on areas of common interest. Some of the organisations mentioned above and others don't do the policy work and lobbying. It would be great to see move joined up things happen as each organisation has its own strengths.
