Hello, Might be a long shot but my husband and I are looking for a barn/workshop to rent in either Cumbria or North Lancashire.
We are looking to use it as a workshop/ showroom. Have asked a few of the farmers around our local area but haven't found much so wondering if anyone on here might be able to point us in the right direction? Thanks very much!

I am wanting to approach my local farmer about buying a small strip of his field in order to plants some raised beds. I want to be completely above board with him however I don't want to risk offending him in any way either so was wondering what would be a fair cash incentive to offer. When I say small strip, I means small - 7foot across by 25ft in length, the said bit of ground is currently outside of his stock electric fence and is just made up of bramble and weeds.
