Hello all,
I am looking to buy or lease a small parcel of woodland within 30 miles of Eggborough North Yorkshire (DN14)
The woodland would be used for purely recreational (Camping / Bushcraft / Outdoor cooking) use by myself and immediate family (no noisy pursuits such as motocross etc)
Ideally with small vehicle access, but not essential if an access agreement can be reached.
Willing to pay up to £10k per acre to buy, and £2k total PA to lease and will provide my own insurance

As I understand it, you can live (e.g. camp, caravan, etc) on your own land no more than 28 days of the year.
What, if you were to -
1. Take a field, split it into 13 individual plots
2. Sell each plot to a different person (or... company(?))
3. Enter an agreement with each (of the 13) new owners that you as (the previous owner) can camp on their new plot 28 days of the year
Could you then rotate between the 13 plots every 28 days and not break any rules.
Mad, I know, but would it work?

Hi. If anyone knows of any Greenhouse / Units which could be used for growing and also be converted/upgraded to Warehouse space to house a wholesaler of cut flowers and plants in the area of A3/M3/M4/M40 areas please let me know. Unfortunately, I am in the position where I have to sell some of my land.
In my part of the world, top 'dollar' is about £8k per acre.
I have a neigbouring farm (small holding). Is the value of my land likely to be greater when sold to the neighbouring farm (small holding) rather just being sold to a random buyer?
