hi I'm looking to lease some grazing land for long term lease for horses, from 2-15 acres. I'd like to put up some wooden stables or if a barn is present,section it off to make some stables. I am looking for 0.5 - 1.0 acre of the kind of land that farmers don't want to use because it's too awkward, too degraded or has too many issues. I want to try to bring it into production using permaculture methods.
