I would be more computer savvy than some but cant for the life of me work out how to update to the latest firmware!! Cant even find anywhere to download it from on the trimble website, it just downloads a folder full of small size files all named after languages!

Apparently there needs to be an update for 2019, is it hard to do?

Mine has never been updated since i got it I'm sure that's 6/7 years

Cheers PSQ link worked a treat. Copied a YouTube video and probably too 30 mins all in!! If imagine a dealer could do it in 2 min yet firm I bought of wanted £30.
Can't help feel that firms love to rip farmers off . Where is the good will!? Happy to sell for over £1000 but not willing to help with FREE UPGRADES [emoji53]

Don't forget to update the EGNOS satellite settings too. The firmware update to 3.12 is just the first part of getting it to work correctly following EGNOS satellite change last year.

Why?

.... it wasn't Agricar or any other Trimble dealer that made changes necessary and from the threads that have been online about updating systems, you can see that it takes time.
Because it would take them maximum of 5 mins!!
I'd hope £75 would include a call out charge

@bandit i take it you have no experience of updating systems.... It will take them more than 5 mins. Also if you dont want to pay, then do it yourself.... Would you plough my garden for free? it will only take you 5 mins

I did it myself that included download file using a link off here and plugging into ez guide and followed YouTube video. took me 30 mins the whole process! If I had to do another to do now I have it on a memory stick it would take 5 to 10 mins I reacon! somone with more experience than me could do in less than 5 mins
And yes if I'd sold you a garden I'd be enclined to help you plough it! But thats obviously just me!!! [emoji23]
