Is Farm Works View supposed to be able to read Variodoc job data files?

According to this leaflet Farm Works is supposed to be able to read job data files from AGCO/Fendt/Variodoc (standard, not Variodoc Pro):
http://www.fendt.com/download/Variotronic_2014_TD_en.pdf

Farm Works says Farm Works View supports AGCO products but I could not figure out if it means all AGCO products. I tried to import VarioDoc job data files (xml) but did not succeed with the free Farm Works View copy.

I must be missing something, or is the VarioDoc leaflet inaccurate, would I need VadioDoc Pro after all or would I need another Farm Works application or is this all for some other AGCO products only?

Best thing to do is ring Phil at Farmworks 01786 465100 think he is a member of here. He can sort most problems or have the answer to all questions in under 2 minutes an absolute god when it comes to farm works.

An update on the topic in case someone else happens to work on it.

I asked a local Farm Works sales expert and figured out I would need Farm Works Office Mapping if I wanted to use it with VarioDoc. I should have found myself that there is a 15 day trial version which I downloaded. I don't know if 15 days would be sufficient for "real farmers" but for me with only part time farming experience and some programming, electronics and telecoms background with a university degree from my main job, the 15 days might not be sufficient to learn everything.

I think on day 2 of my 15 day free trial I figured out I can exchange job data but I cannot read or write guidance lines from Farm Works to the Vario terminal. Makes it a bit expensive (750 € plus VAT) to transfer hours and fuel consumption from the machine to my computer. Then again I have not found any other English language application that would do even this much.

Any fellow VarioDoc users/experts would be welcome to teach me how to make better use of the tractor capabilities.
