Preferences:
Sprung drawbar
Sprung ramps (or hyd!)
Hardwood floor
Better tyres than twin lorry wheels
Commercial axles with LS brakes?

Thanks. I've priced a 13t version up on their website similar to above at £7600.

Herbst seem very competitive, but wondering whether to go better quality. Some on here don't seem to rate them.

I'm encouraged by that thanks. Must be tonnes of them running around, and I'd be surprised if @AgriLinc would sell them if they were too bad else they'd have loads of warranty claims. As per one of my other threads, even top notch manufacturers don't always get the paint right etc. Yours from @AgriLinc?

No windfall. Looked at a single axle for £3k, but decided it wasn't stable.

Looked at @AgriLinc mini for £5850 and that's near capacity as they say, as well as only being steel floor, no sprung drawbar etc. Their 13t version with sprung drawbar works out at £7600, so on that basis I might as well look a little wider afield as well.

Trying to keep the cost down as much as possible, but safety comes into it a bit. I'd rather buy something decent now than regret it later.

An ex-demo or ex-stock with a wodge of discount would be ideal really.

Definitely plus if its overspecced (weight and size) it's future proof.

hello steevo, i have a Cheiftain 19 tonne gross (16 tonne carry) low loader trailer with hydraulic ramps that might suit your needs. Hydraulic Brakes, and sprung drawbar and also timber floor. PM me if you are interested.regards, Sandfield.

our has been no trouble apart from 3 sets brakes ,new lights,new floor ,new mudguards and a respray to be fair it is 14 years old done a hell of a lot of work and would recommend them ,the floor boards are crap though
