If you are looking at the angle it will run down, nearly anything off horizontal is the case. However if you are looking to discharge it, the angle of slope will directly affect the speed of discharge, s o it will probably happily run down a smooth slope of 5 degrees but not very fast.
The angle of repose is different as the seeds will sit in the gap left by the other seeds

If the floor is smooth it will come out at a pretty low angle provided time is not critical and there is no trash, and you are sure of moisture levels.
I am assuming you mean tipping ex combine?

If its just rape it will flow at 10 degrees what slows rape up is the admix.

Linseed practically flows uphill

Probably no help, but my kids can get rape @ 10% out of a 15 tonne trailer in a shed with 5m of clearance.
