Selling homemade gins/vodka

Looking into the viability of making homemade infused alcohol and wondering about the steps needed to sell to the public... legalities etc.

Anyone able to help?

hmm interesting, we've done this as gifts and are interested in doing it for our farm shop (maybe!!)

Looks like a compounders licence is needed. Can't believe we'd be liable for Spirits Duty as that would have been paid for by the spirit producer, more reading needed
