Not heard anything, apart from being 'imminent' for what seems like the last 2 years.

The only small grant scheme I've seen details of is the Glastir one.

from what I have read today.comes out in april.40% grant up to 12k on different things.animal husbandry ,genetics, all the details will come out in time.to make farmers efficient and resilient after brexit was the main reason for the scheme according to the article in the daily post online.pillar 2 funding being used before running out id say.

Sounds like that grant scheme that they had tied up before where it went to chicken sheds biomass etc.

They've just renamed it because it was a shambles before they way they graded applicants
It's on a similar basis to that scheme only for smaller projects. Up to 12k of grant IIRC. It is meant to be easier to access.

40% of capital spend up to £30,000 (ie £12K) covering most things related to animal welfare & health, environmental good works (eg covering slurrry stores) and so on.
Details of what it will cover exactly not yet finalised but grant will be "active" from April. No idea if there is an EOI process to go through

My consultant reckoned money would be hard to get now but near the end of the scheme they would dish it out for pole dancing and lap clubs!!!!!!:D
