I agree. I should of been quicker moving the last of my kit, I see a paper work nightmare in the very near future.
And would I want to be in the UK this spring pulling lambs?(n)
More doom and gloom, you got 2 years to move your kit before anything changes and if the pound devalues some more post signing it will make our lambs even cheaper for your lot to buy

And maybe you are a tenant?
I missed selling at 10k but did make high 9's. My bro was a bit slow and got 8. I want to sell my last piece, agent says to get any interest, go at 7k but not very likely to find a buyer.
Hmm, doom and gloom? Ok for tenants though

We'll be probably in for 5 years while the interim agreements are sorted, the press will go in to meltdown when they get leaked stuff from the negotiations, that they cant even dumb down, the population will get an education that is for sure

Probably me just slow on the uptake but can you explain to me please the post above ?

By all means.
In actual terms, in a specific area, land has fallen in value from 10k to less than 7k, since the vote. This to me underlines the collapsing confidence.
I only bring up tenants becaus for them, as opposed to land owners (or more particularly buyers) it is possibly a good thing?
