Well i did hear a rumour.....


On another note i have some rabbit compaction that needs attending to. Anyone know a person who has the kit to deal with such a situation?
whatever you do, make sure you get a competent driver with a good machine. If neither criteria is met there will be dire consequences, especially if rabbits have compacted the ground

The newer ones need power to take then out of 4WD, not sure about the 10series. So you might have no power when you check at the solenoid.

The wire goes out through the connectors in front of the cab I've had bad connections there causing both dual power and 4wd problems. I would run a wire straight to the solenoid and see if it functions then and if not the seals could be letting pressure past. The seals are just one rings and can go flat and hard with time and heat.

Trying to digitise some old slides.......came across my grandmother turning hay in about 1966/7 with a Ford 3000.:D
Judging by the number plate...slides the wrong way round.:whistle:
