Rendering a silage building wall

I have also heard of people applying SBR with a tyrolene gun
It wouldn't be just SBR as it is merely a liquid.
For keying to a poor, or over smooth surface, you can splatter coat. Mixing 1 sharp sand to 1 cement plus admix such as SBR. This is then 'splattered ' over the surface, and will leave a strong textured surface to key render onto.

I had some done in my calving pens Rob, I got them to use AS moist sand, at about 3:1. I wouldn't use PY sand because it looks too crumbly to me.

I think it would stand up to silage, its just if someone's too keen with a loadall.
