Does anyone know any website links to get free software updates for my x30 or an alternative way to upgrade the software

I'm sure Robt will be along soon to point you to where you can get the updates for free.
Both Trimble and Agleader updates are free I would be very disappointed if Topcon wont give you free access to Software updates, as a lot of the time there fixing bugs in there software.

Perhaps some body who knows how can tag Robt into this discussion. I'm supprised he hasn't found it yet.
It should be so simple, email you the update or download it from there website.

Currently running the latest software but it cost a lot of money to have someone to out to load it on
I've read the hand book and it looks simple to update software if I could get it emailed or download it

You can register your Topcon system online and get access to the latest news etc about Topcon products. Software is also available on this site once registered.

We also offer a service of visiting your site, updating the software if needed then carrying out a full system recalibration ensuring an accurate start to the season. After all, like any system , if it's not calibrated or set up correctly then it won't perform to a high standard.
Our engineers are happy to do this however there is a charge for this service as I'm sure you'll appreciate. My fellow GPS providers such as AS Comms and your John Deere farmsite specialist will also charge if a farm visitbis required. With these system becoming more and more important in reducing operating costs, it really is essential they are set up correctly.
We also offer the option to contract hire the equipment. This offers the customer a system that is always up to date and no hidden costs for a simple fixed monthly fee.

You have 3.23 or ? How do you know you have the latest version, if we don't know which one is the latest, (because we do not have any working support site available)?

I'm on 3.22.20, but the latest manual I have is for 3.23 (and it is from december 2016) ...who knows?...

Simon, I think we all appreciate your help (and the help from other guys from the dealer/distributor site) but it is not exactly what we are looking for. I mean we can not email you or others every time a new software/firmware is released or we just would like to read the latest manual.
Our products are registered with TotalCare or MyTopcon or TopconpositioningSupport or however we call it, we simply would like to see the dedicated site running, and not to see this picture:
It is nice to see how these sites are being renamed/redesigned regularly, see the fancy shiny surface and the error messages.
(I would like to mention, that I've reported this issue several times to the support through the website, but nothing has changed, and question has never been answered )
