It was really chilly that day, and I had my Swanndri on.. so he got stood in a draft in his shirtsleeves while I tested him on some aspects of soil health and nutrient leaching and why was his stuff any better than the other companies...he was so lost.
I can be mean when people turn up unannounced trying the hard sell..

House maintenance. Day 43. Painting widows. Painting gutter boards. Cleaning gutters. Scraping moss off roof, discovered bees nest.

Little sh!ts haven't been paying rent.

Chimney stack re plastered 8 years ago. Looks more like 80 years ago.

Belepi drilled on the 27th March was the only thing suffering a bit in the dry, also note to self if you have some older seed. Mix it better with the new stuff

Bunched two lots of heifers together. Owner says he's sending a bull to sweep up after most have been AI,d.
I'll give the re seed a rest and let them have access to a bit of straw and a few nuts while on the p pasture .
Sheds will probably be available for winter housing, if anyone's looking for some space or longer term rearing.
