To be honest I never look at other farms unless they are on my doorstep,to much of me in this place now,not a chance I'll ever move.
one day with my wife and kids that's exactly what gets me up everyday at 4 
I've still 25years mortgage on 190acres,that's what gets me up in the morning.

Ive never ever gave it a second thought but lately with all the politics and bull sh!t in this country i have been looking at farms in America the more i look the more i like, now anyone want to give me a billion Dollars and i will be on my way !

I'm not sure tbh. I've never been there but the old boy that lived there was a bit old fashioned so I expect it could do with quite a bit of TLC. I'm guessing some of it will be rough grazing too. Maybe 3/400 welsh ewes?gorgeous

Bloody big hotel etc right in the middle of that - prevailing wind is going to have them grumbling about the smell all the time. Phone masts excluded. Now this is more my style:

I've still got lots to do and I'm content where I am,I mean my Dads my neighbour on one side and my Uncle on the other,it's idyllic.
I've moved 5 times in 42 years all within the same square mile,I won't go far.
apart from one field lies in a ring fence, very nice and arable
