Feeling sick

you need to get some help - I would def see GP and see if they can prescribe you something to calm you down Im not a fan of pills but they do work short term if coupled with CBT or other sessions. CBT doesnt always help but worth discussing all the options with mental health. Panic and anxiety is awful but please get some help. Please do it.

There are probable mental health teams in your local area I would consider talking to them to see if you can other help. Get referred to someone who specialises even if you have to pay (Id prefer to go private than wait and also had poor help on NHS).

Thanks. Been seeing a private counsellor off And on since summer. Helps me Abit for few days after but then back again. Just makes me more frustrated about things at home I can change or people won't listen to me

[QUOTE="will6910, post: 4347126, member: 847" Was reading another thread about workinf with disabilities. Not have courage to write my own personal battle as not sure it's a proper one. :/[/QUOTE]

If it holds you back in any way it is a disability. Many people on here have disabilities and many never say anything, but I have found most people on this forum are open minded and helpful. You are really struggling at the moment, both with your health and with the farming aspect, which of course are interrelated and your frustration comes across loud and clear. You are doing the very best you can and life is not giving you a break. You do need help and the first place is your GP, if you can. When you get help with the health aspect, I think the farming aspect will look a little more rosy. Keep going Will - we are all here for you.

How are you doing today? :) Hope you are feeling a bit better. Typing is the best way to express yourself, if you don't like talking about stuff. I found somit useful after my breakdown, I had a lot of negative thoughts. I wrote them all down on a piece of paper and burned the paper. They say the act of doing that psychologically makes your mind better, in that it's a literal casting away of the negativity which is in there. Careful tho it can become addictive. I used to take all sorts to make me feel better, from at Johns wort to rescue remedy, drops, got addicted to all of them and had to come off them. My aunty has difficulties and such at certain times, she was prescribed a herbal tea by her medical herbalist, called Rosey tea. I drink it too, it helps very much and makes me relaxed and very stress free. Probiotics are a good thing too, the balancing of the gut flora is essential for mind health and well being, if it's imbalanced it effects your mental health. I would maybe consider talking to a medical herbalist? If you would like to try something alternate. They are qualified professionals and will talk and listen to you.
Hope everything is better soon! If you need to talk we are all here for you x

Thanks. Had a better night and slept more. Just be usual things getting me today. As many around country the rain and wet is getting to me and leaving me with the prospect of maybe having to sell some sheep to ease pressure. And even thought of that is driving me mad. I used rescue remedy drops years back but stopped but recently got a packet of recuse remedy chewing gum to try. I chew a lot so having to limit myself so don't take to much of them

Sorry to hear that. Remember what will be will be. We all make plans for stuff and sometimes it just doesn't always work the way we need it to, but then we can look at it from another perspective and make up a new plan. I discovered yesterday we won't have any milk until latter part of next year, however I have come up with another plan I hope will save our necks. Everything will turn out alright am sure of it :) if you wanna chat to you can PM me if you want, Im a good listener (y)

Hello just a little update on things. Been kept busy with sheep jobs last little while so I'm blaming the worrying of that on some sleepless nights recently. Have had a trip to dentist a few times his month and Iv found out that even if I know It's jug a check up I still get he same degree of nerves before hand tban it was if knew I was getting work done. The sickness feeling never really goes away it just varies how bad it gets at different times. The way things are at min I'm not ready to have any more appointments for little while as it messes my whole week knowing if I have 1
Appointment during that week. No real reason for the update just trying to settle to try and sleep and thought I'd write down Abit on here
