Sealing a concrete floor

Could anyone recommend a good product for sealing an existing concrete floor in a barn.
And the best way to do it.
We are converting a shed for commercial storage and it will have forklifts running on it
Its quite dusty at present, i have heard it can be an unpleasant job so i am trying to wash it first and see what its like.

it was tamped with a screed with an engine on but not floated etc. about 8 years ago. there is some dust coming up from it, so reasonably smooth , you can brush it with a soft broom.

For existing concrete floors, rather than new screed, try:

I used a concrete sealer from our local building supplier, I applied it using a knapsack sprayer, it worked a treat.

I use a phenolic resin, airless sprayed. It sinks very, very quickly into the surface and air-dries to lock everything together.

Don't use it on very fresh 'crete though as it turns it purple. Colourless on aged surfaces.

@Repeat I do - but I'm in an odd position where the resin I use is an engineering material at around £15 per litre that I can get for free now and then (it has a shelf life theoretically, so if any comes up 'out of date' I snaffle it). I use it to protect outdoor wood, concrete, anything inherently porous that I want to last.

The important ingredients are n-butyl acetate at 30 to 40% by weight and nitrocellulose at 10 to 15% by weight - although I'm sure there are plenty of other configurations out there. I'm sure you'll be able to source something at a lot less cost than buying the stuff I use. Having said that, I treated 65 square metres with seven litres the other day (my concrete hard standing) so it does go a long way.

Are you painting it as well? I've painted warehouse and workshop with thinned first cost to seal then full strength second coat. On old concrete not super smooth

Try sikaflex concrete sealers, they must be good as the power float guys we use won't use anything else.

I tried to search but couldn't find anything relevant. I'm looking for any recommendations you all might have for the concrete sealer to use for stamped concrete around a pool. I'm looking for something that will give me a wet look without the concern of being too slippery around the pool. Any help would be appreciated!

I'd seek professional advice, this will be for a big area and the end use in mind will need a proper coating.
