'Hi. @McCman I'm sorry for my bad english.. I have my 2010 model McCormick cx 105 (black body)3400 hours. it does not go back and forth. the steering wheel is not turning.
the hydraulic cylinder does not move. There seems to be air in the system. I turn on the steering filter and drain the oil and recover.then it does not move again. When I press the back cylinder, it goes in and out. I have not changed the hydraulic filter for a long time. What could be the problem? Will the problem be solved when I change the filter?

bu yüzden yağ ve filtreyi değiştiriyorum
If you done 3500 hrs on original oil, i would expect its got a bit dirty and the filter would be blocked restricting flow, do this 1st, back end oil and filter, normally wants changing every 1000 to 1500 hrs (y) Look after it and it will look after you.
so, I change the oil and filter! Will my problem improve? Could there be another problem?

Hi so when you 1st start the tractor do the steering and hydraulics work and the tractor move ok for a couple of minutes or so and then you loose everything ? Then leave it half an hour and the same thing happens again ? If so it sounds like the charge pump may have failed inside the transmission, sometimes the key way fails on the pump and more than sometimes the filter falls off in side then it gets eaten by the pump and kills the charge pump [emoji85] .
If your loosing steering you won't have drive as the clutches use the oil after the steering has. If you remove the Main hydraulic oil filter from by the L/H rear axle and the filter is full of bits of chewed up black plastic and white plastic strings the charge pump filter has killed the charge pump.

If you add an extra 5 - 10 litres of transmission oil to the tractor it may temporarily make the problem a bit better but do not keep the tractor over full else the transmission will overheat.

Hi! I disassemble the steering filter and start the tractor. I release little oil and I'm stopping the engine. I wear steering filter. And I run the tractor. the tractor is moving... I run the tractor after 1 day, but it does not move. sometimes the rear hydraulic arms are jerky. When I press it by hand, the arms are moving, like there is no oil. It's like there's air in the oil and it's working when you take your air. but the same problem persists after 1 day... Is the hydraulic pump malfunction?

The steering pump on the side of the engine supplies the steering, clutch packs and the pilot pressure for the rear arms but they very rarely fail, they do some times get air locked though but not continuously like u say. Check the pipe connections on the feed pipe to the pump there are some rubber suction hoses with jubilee clips it could suck in air round them. Still also check and change the main filter.

@McCman I will make your recommendations. I write the results here. I hope to solve the problem cheaply.
Which oil should I use for gearbox? Shell Spirax S6 TXME or Total dynatrans mpv ? what do you think oil.

For a while we had a similar problem. When it was cold it wouldn't move, I found that loosening the pipe on the steering pump, whilst the engine is running, allowed it to prime then that allowed everything else to work. During the summer it is not a problem so I assume it needs a new filter.
It's not cold in turkey though?
Maybe your filter is worse?

Hi! @McCman
Today I removed the main hydraulic filter. There were small pieces of black rubber and white plastic strings in the filter housing . I emptied all the hydraulic and gearbox oil, oil was clean and there were no small black tires and white plastic strings in it! I think the filter did not put them in the system. What are small pieces of rubber and white plastic strings? I have not tried the tractor yet... fat has not arrived yet, I ordered a Shell Spirax S6 TXME... will come a few days later.

Note: I looked at the oil stick before I emptied the oil. and full of fat (in line)... I ran the engine and checked the oil level again... oil level fell 3 fingers down.. charge pump it's working, is not it ?

If the oil level dropped on the stick it would suggest the charge pump is working to a degree yes but if u have black plastic bits and white stringy stuff in the filter I would say the charge pump filter has come off and the pump is half blocked up with smashed up filter ?

Take the MCV valve off to have a quick look whilst the oil is out .

Have you run it with new oil and filters yet ?
