Pressure transducer/sensor

I'm after a pressure transducer to make a calibration tool up, I have been told it's identical to one fitted to a John Deere if anyone could help point me in the direction of a jd model or part number.

The details off the sensor are 375644A1 4137C

Depending on what operating pressure you want to use jd have two different ones
RE217077 Will operating up to around 25-30 bar
RE152198 Will operate up to around 300 bar
Look like this.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions, unfortunately the lad I spoke to didn't know what model JD to help narrow it down a bit.

Brilliant thanks! That looks very similar to the one I'm after, It's the load sensing line I will be plugged into so it will be the higher rated one.

This is what I'm trying to make

The higher pressure one is used on the track machines i.e. 8000T onwards, it measures track tension.
Glad I could help (y)

Is there a specific reason it has to be a JD part?

As said above many sources of vanila analog (and CAN if you want) pressure transducers about.
It doesn't have to be a JD part I've just been told the exact same one is fitted to a JD and it should be easier to source that way. NH only sell it as part of a expensive kit. It's for calibrating the electric spools, I know that one has the exact range that the callibration procedure wants to see so that's the only reason for wanting the same one.

Always been curious if this tool could be made easily enough, but never been able to find enough info about it

I will let you know how it goes, I got a new pilot head and fitted it, numbered it and calibrated the lever myself but the only part I couldn't do was the calibration using this tool.

Its not as daunting running electric spools anymore if we can do all the repairs in house.

What make of spools are in the NH? There is bound to be a lot of commonality in the calibration procedure across makes. Good to see you tacking this.

I like a bit of electronic and electrical ingenuity (as well as mechanical) we could do with more of it. A lot of folks see electrical/electronics on gear and run to the hills. Well there here to stay and we better figure out how to repair once warranty is out. Well done (y)

I think they're Bosch? Will check tomorrow.

Thanks, but you can't beat the Nh workshop manuals, step by step guide how to do everything on them. Calibrating them is very simple, it's all automated once it's been set up! The pilot heads are not ridiculous money either.

Ok no worries .............
If the JD price is over the top, consider getting the same sensor off E-Bay for a fraction of the price, just tap in the numbers in the search box on the top of the E-Bay page?
