I was thinking of buying some new spanners from mac tools but when I enquired I discovered the nearest agent is 50 miles away.
i bought this set,
http://www.expert-toolstore.com/fac...m-440je25-25pc-metric-combination-spanner-set

cheapest i could find, i have a few 440 spanners already and i really like them so i invested in the set for santy, be good to me time of the year.
ill play with em after that.

could be dearer than the mac for all i know.
usag is the same as facom just a different name, they didnt have the spanner set any cheaper but times ive seen some of the stuff cheaper than the facom name.
i like facom tools, they served me well so far.
what about strap-on, might be dear id say.

Had a wander round Halfords the other day, they had a January special on the "industrial spec" tool box cabinet combo, £349 for the drawer cabinet on wheels and the 6 drawer top box, all with the built in locking handle drawers, seems good value (£800 separately) if anyone interested.

It was cheaper still with a trade card, £169inc vat for the lower bit on wheels and £130inc for top.

Got 2 good for the money, could do with some bigger draws through.
