I'd rather any of your lambs for that price than those store lambs sold after
What did those cades make, I missed the stores?

Cades were sold just caught the store lambs small crossbred £60+ the smallest of the small very poor £32.What did those cades make, I missed the stores?
Any idea what Rugby is like for mule wethers? Never been there before and I have a load to send.
Think they can belly clip there the night before too?
Make a stand? You need to make a stand when it comes to belly clipping. To be honest I did wince a bit today, mine did look dirty compared to the majority but when they want them they’re not fussy.
That trade could make breeding shearlings very dear later on in the yearMate got £117 a head for some geld 3/4 texal gimmers today

No they're not, triplets even cheaper I understand, but folk don't want the work.Inlamb ewes aren't that dear, around 100 for 2/3crop scanned twins. They aren't out the way at that money.
We need to pray for a decent transition deal which kicks the can down the road for a couple of years. And some decent negotiators for arrangements after! Will you roll the dice again this Dec with Brexit in March?
The one thing that would worry me about buying inlamb ewes now is the health status, and if they've been vaccinated for abortionNo they're not, triplets even cheaper I understand, but folk don't want the work.
Just keep them quarantined till they've lambed is well worth the effort in my experienceThat true, sometimes your buying someone else's trouble, but who dares wins, so lm going to try and buy some.
Did you sell as couples or later?Just keep them quarantined till they've lambed is well worth the effort in my experience
It surprises me that he makes money on them regularly, given that they look a good buy at the minute.I know a big dealer up here, who buys a lot of older ewes in the Autumn, then sells the lot six weeks before they lamb, he says he always makes money on them, even with some dead ones and sales the yields on a fat day. No fancy dear tups just run of the mill texels
