Hi,

I am doing a survey regarding whether Hydroponics is financially beneficial for households to invest in. this is done for research that I have to do in school. No personal information will be asked only the questions referring to the topic.

Hydroponics are very popular round here, the police do regular surveys with infrared cameras to assess participation. Financially very lucrative although it can turn very time consuming if you don't have a well thought out exit strategy.

Survey completed. I use aquaponics not hydroponics. Water is not wasted in aquaponics it is recirculated. The only loss is to evaporation and that taken up by plants.

I like the "watered down" bit. It is quite cheap to set up a small system, and the time to look after it is very little. Just give an eye to the fish, preferably more than once a day, but they will not starve if they are only fed once.
