Just little update. Meant to do it during week but forgot all about it. My appointment with the mental health team was on Monday past. Been given a higher dose of the tablet Iv been on for 5 years and started them on Friday as took few days to process it through. Have to take them for a month and then back to see the Man again then meant to he going to another place for other treatments. So after 5 years of being on same medicine and having no reviews at all in that time they'v finally got into gear and changing things

Yeah it could be that tbh. Too much strenuous work. Always remember to warm up and try not to work out of your comfort zone, stretch I mean.

Shame it didn’t help as it’s probably one of the least problematic in terms of side effects. At the end of the day though, you’ve got to go with what works for you. Does alcohol help? Certainly not suggesting anyone should rely on it, but a couple of measures when you get in from work can certainly help settle things down: no cure for depression though!
