you been walking barefoot through giant hogweed? Looks exactly like a hogweed blister - does it burn? (I had one years ago when out cycling on country paths in shorts)
I think I would be inclined to go to the doctor's on Monday or minor injuries unit if you have one locally. i would have expected the blister to be a little bit further back where it is slightly swollen and inflamed.
In the meantime if @Old Boar is online she might be able to give her views on the blister.
LEAVE IT ALONE. Do not touch. Do not burst. Your body has made this to stop an injury where something is rubbing. Cover it with a bit of clean lint if you put your socks on, or shoes. If you pop it, you will allow infection in. If you see blood in it, or it starts bleeding, nip and see the nurse at your GP who can give you a proper dressing.
In the meantime, try and find out what was rubbing in that spot to cause it. It could be just something like a hair has got down the cuticle, but that will work itself out.
Blister that size will burst itself leaving a mess. Better to make a small clean hole, let the fluid out, dress it and nature will do the rest.
