Probably not quite that wide nearer 15mm. but was told make it wide enough otherwise it's difficult to get any in there. Know any tar suppliers?25 mm is wide for an expansion joint
I would try hot tar poured in and scrape off excess when set
Should be able to buy bitumen in a block from any builders merchant, and hire a boiler from a plant hire companyProbably not quite that wide nearer 15mm. but was told make it wide enough otherwise it's difficult to get any in there. Know any tar suppliers?

At 15mm wide I'd just use Sikaflex Pro3, either self levelling or standard.Probably not quite that wide nearer 15mm. but was told make it wide enough otherwise it's difficult to get any in there. Know any tar suppliers?
500m got a bit carried away made into 6m squares. Recon 400kg bitumen will do it. After putting silage away in our other pit today which looks like crazy paving after 6 years. I happy to do a better job at getting it right. At 15mm wide I'd just use Sikaflex Pro3, either self levelling or standard.
How many lineal metres do you need to do?
By the time you've hired your bitumen burner and faffed around, you'd be done with the Sikaflex. Probably not a lot in it cost wise depending on the meterage.
