Has anyone here got a pair of the cast metal mudguard spacers that sit under the mudguards on a MF65?

Most would have been taken off when longer mudguards or rolls bars were fitted, they look similar to the pic below.

My dads 65 is a 1963 and has the cast type. I have been offered some folded ones, however I've never seen them fitted like that. I think the cast ones are better. Mine is a 1962
Yes it could be into 64 before the folded ones were used, my one has them but its near the end of the line [Oct 1964].

my mk1 came with one spacer ..........made a second out of two pieces of 1" plate .........tacked them together ......played with grinder for a bit.....job sorted

mine are 2" deep on 32" wheels if you have the optional 36" wheels the spacer would be 4" deep

Bugger. Steel it might have to be then. What's he want for the steel ones? The ones I've been offered are quite badly pitted.
Last ones he sold in an auction made £97 each or the pair I can't remember what he said now, these are from canada and in nice condition I believe I think they are new genuine old stock again I'll have to double check

I can enquire and give you his number if you like
