Scorching spring oats

Last year I managed to scorch the flag leaf on my canyon oats by presumably spraying Mantra and Corbel on a sunny warm day.
This year I’ve managed to scorch leaf 3 by spraying Mantra and Moddus on a dull day.
How the hell do you not scorch oats as I want to put something else on the flag next week. 9532323B-5A8C-4995-BE20-3388E61E039C.jpeg

Last year I didn’t use Moddus though as it was the T2 on flag leaf that scorched. That year it was Mantra plus Corbel. Mantra is quite soft though isn’t it? So was it Corbel last year and Moddus this year?

Know nothing about oats...why the need for such huge Corbel dose? There is a bit of fenpropimorph in mantra also obviously.

Ok now the really thick question. Is the scorch in the photo not burnt out fungus with a bit of abiotic spotting?

Any trace elements / NPK plus etc in that mix?

0.5 canopy plus 0.1 Optimus plus hormone for blws and looking fine. Bit of tonic last night as the crop is a tad thin. No fungicide yet.

Ball-bags, I've topped mine too. Mineral on a cool night. Ah well, not badly.
Oh no. The panicles are coming out on mine so overall they look really green as it’s leaf 3 down below that got scorched. Hoping to not need to spray again as I think the next 7-10 days of heat will really hurt them if I stress them again.
