Ha ha - thanks everyone. The chicken was alive, we didn't take it. We also got offered a terrier and some ducks, but the ducks were for sale. I'd willingly go back with a bigger vehicle and buy all sorts from them. I'd promised my girlfriend a "day out together", and to her credit she didn't mind when it turned out we were driving up to Norfolk with the trailer to pick up some farm machinery from the middle of nowhere, sit in a layby eating some sandwhiches, and then drive back again at Friday rush hour over the Thames crossing. I've got a good 'un.

Thanks @carbonfibre farmer - that's useful to see where it attaches. So are you going to post the video somewhere? I'd like to see it. And yes @Exfarmer - Wretham, it must be them. I'm from Old Buckenham originally, which isn't far from there, so it was like going home. My girlfriend did wonder why I kissed the ground when I got out of the van.

@carbonfibre farmer - is that a normal hand hoe sitting across it as well, for doing odd corners? That's dedicated.
Yup while I'm turning on ends/hitting it with a hammer to get it working/etc, father goes hand hoeing......

Hmmmm old buckenham
:eek::eek:
That's where I went to high school!

So as you can probably guess I'm not far from there.....

As for video. Was taken by one of the members on here @Chris Lockwood .
He runs owns anglian agri media. I'll try and do a link.
He did video it/photo it around 6 yrs ago the last time we used it. I had the wife driving and me on the back. Her comment...."why is it taking 2 of us to do this?! Can't you pick up something better at one of your tat sales?"

Afraid the video will take me quite a while to edit, but will be featured in a forthcoming DVD 'Farming with Ford'. In the meantime, here are a couple of action photos...
