Is it me or are Trimble f***king useless?

I brought a years subscription to RTX Rangepoint on 23rd July and still don't have an activiation code. I must have sent 8 emails as I cant get through on the phone. Last I heard they were going to check payment.
How do I get an activation code ffs?

Unfortunately as @Steevo says because you didn't use the e-commerce site (Trimble Store) to order the correction, the order may have fallen through the cracks so to speak, might be parked on someone's desk...and its August. No help now, but better in future to go via a dealer or the online store.

We also offer 12 Months Trimble CenterPoint RTX Fast Subscriptions at £650.00 ex VAT, for this correction your Trimble display or receiver needs to be unlocked to high accuracy.

Trimble CenterPoint RTX correction is accurate to within 3.8 cm pass-to-pass accuracy, this is improving all of the time and often performs better than published in certain areas.

Standard convergence time for the correction is around 15 minutes, this is less than 5 minutes with RTX Fast.

I notice that you said that receivers need to unlocked to Intermediate accuracy for CenterPoint RTX and unlocked to high accuracy for CenterPoint RTX Fast.

Trimble announced in the press a few days ago that they can now achieve 2cm or better for CenterPoint RTX.

What’s not completely clear from the press release is if CentrePoint RTX Fast is going to see an equivalent betterment in its stated 4cm accuracy.

OK cool. Odd then sub is quite a bit cheaper for RTX Fast than standard or is that a promo or is it to do with the fact that you presumably need a higher level of unlock (High vs Intermediate) for Fast?

You do need a high accuracy unlock for Trimble CenterPoint RTX Fast correction which is partly why the subscription costs for this correction are cheaper than standard CenterPoint RTX correction even though this is a more premium correction.

Going forward more users will be using RTX Fast compared to the standard service so we can offer this out at a lower cost.
