Chemical Price Tracker

Herold and Firebird do
Our new nanotech product, Ascent, will have approval for use on oats. Although we would not expect any problem if Pincer is applied to oats in error, strict compliance with the label is required. The strange thing is that including oats on the label is simply a matter of filling in a form and with Brexit, such a label amendment is always going to be more complicated at the moment. I am sure CRD and DEFRA are well prepared, though.(y)

If anyone is interested in our new technology, please take a look at the benefits of TransCel in the attached summary. The price of chemicals is not always the most important factor, as the report shows!

What 360 glyphosate are people using at the moment and rating? Been using Roseate mostly but found the last pallet of Tallow Amine free a bit disappointing (@Bryan@Albaugh ). Have been recommended Liason by Monsanto as better quality and was offered it at £44.50/can so had a few to try. What are others paying?

I have also bought some Liaison to try but have not used it yet. It’s selling at a premium. You have done better than I did as I paid £45.50 per 20L ..... but I only had 300L and not a full pallet.

Got a field going into winter wheat after turnip seeds were grown, been disked a few times, there are still quite a few docks out there, would it be best to round-up now or control them later if they are still active early next year? Black grass in not a problem in this field.
